Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art centered primarily on grappling and ground fighting. It focuses on the principles of leverage and proper technique, designed to give an individual the means to defend themselves against a resisting opponent. It’s the perfect way to develop solid self-defense skills, and developing physical fitness at the same time. A BJJ student can train for many reasons, such as for fun, self-defense, sport jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts competition.

Muay Thai kickboxing is more than just learning how to fight, it is a strong and vigorous martial art that teaches self-discipline and self-awareness. The Warrior Strength Muay Thai program is perfect for those who are looking to improve their fitness, learn self-defense techniques, or even fight in Muay Thai or MMA. An all-around amazing experience.
