Postpartum Power Project is a 4-week strength and movement program for postpartum moms—built for real life, real recovery, and real community. We combine smart, progressive strength training with full-on support and flexibility for new moms.
Whether you’re six weeks or six months postpartum, you’re welcome here.
This is not a “bounce back” bootcamp.
This is your place to rebuild, reconnect, and rise forward, with your baby right beside you.

Yes—please wait until your 6-week postpartum appointment and get medical clearance before joining.
That's totally fine - this program is designed for all experience levels and fully scalable. We will meet you where you are.
Totally normal, and to be expected. Babies cry, need to nurse, get fussy, or just need a break—this class makes room for that. You’re free to pause anytime to take care of your baby. There’s no pressure to “keep up.” You won’t be judged or side-eyed. You’ll just be supported.
Yes! We have a dedicated safe space set up for toddlers to play while you’re in class. Just know you may need to step out more often to check in, help them settle, or handle a snack emergency. It’s totally doable—we’ll work with you to make it flow.
We'll sit down, go over your goals, and come up with a plan together for your next steps.
