WELCOME!
This class blends yoga-inspired movement, practical stretching, conscious breath, core activation, mobility work, and body awareness to help you build flexibility, proprioception, range of motion, stability, and a more resilient relationship with your body.
This is not about being “good" at yoga. And… you do not need to be flexible, have experience, or know the poses. You also don't need to already feel comfortable in your body.
This program is for real people with real bodies who want to move with more ease, confidence, and control.

A lot of people think yoga means you have to be flexible, calm, bendy, or already comfortable moving slowly, but that is not what this is.
Functional Yoga is about using yoga-inspired movement in a practical way. We’ll work on how your body moves, where you hold tension, how you breathe, how you stabilize, and how you can create more ease and strength in your day-to-day movement.
This program is designed to support:
- Better posture
- Improved mobility
- More stable joints
- Better balance
- Stronger core connection
- Improved breathing mechanics
- Better recovery between workouts
- More confidence in your body
- More ease in daily movement
Whether you lift, train martial arts (or any sport for that matter), chase kids, sit at a desk, or simply want to feel better in your body, this program is built to meet you where you are.
