This will be CAA's 14th grappling tournament, and each one is a blast. This event is designed to be both fun and challenging, with a focus on growth, sportsmanship, and friendly competition. Whether your kiddo is brand-new or more experienced, we’ll do our best to match them up for a great experience.

WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP - MARCH 23RD

This is open to all women, ages 10+ - No experience necessary.

Have you ever thought about how you would react if someone tried
to grab you? Most people respond by freezing, a common and natural response. Our goal? To train that reaction out of your system. Whether you’ve never thrown a punch or feel nervous about grappling, this workshop is built for YOU. In a safe, supportive environment, you’ll build confidence, learn practical skills, and leave knowing that you’re more capable than you think.
