KIDS TOURNAMENT - JANUARY 11

A fun, friendly, and competitive event for ages 4–16. Round-robin format, submission-only, and designed to match kids at their level—perfect for beginners and experienced competitors alike.

We match based on experienced level so first-time competitors have a great time, and experienced kids get to go at it. It's a win-win! Kids always leave with smiles, confidence, and great memories.

FAMILY CLASS CELEBRATING PARENTS - May 11, June 15

This time of year, we love to celebrate and honor all parents and grandparents - especially the single parents who have had to fill the role of two.

Join us for a morning of movement, games, and time on the mats with the people you love most... bring the entire family!

Note: Every person who will be on the mats must register.

Non-members welcome at $20 per family.

WOMEN'S SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP - MAY 25 & JUNE 29

This is open to all women, ages 10+ - No experience necessary.

Have you ever thought about how you would react if someone tried
to grab you? Most people respond by freezing, a common and natural response. Our goal? To train that reaction out of your system. Whether you’ve never thrown a punch or feel nervous about grappling, this workshop is built for YOU. In a safe, supportive environment, you’ll build confidence, learn practical skills, and leave knowing that you’re more capable than you think.

PARENTS NIGHT OUT -

MAY 17, JUNE 28

Need a night out? Or maybe a child-free night in? Look no further, we've got you. We'll provide pizza and the fun (NERF Wars, movie, etc), while you enjoy a night to yourself.

Time: 5-8pm

KIDS IN-HOUSE TOURNAMENT -JUNE 21

This will be CAA's 15th grappling tournament, and each one is a blast. This event is designed to be both fun and challenging, with a focus on growth, sportsmanship, and friendly competition. Whether your kiddo is brand-new or more experienced, we’ll do our best to match them up for a great experience.

WHITE/BLUE/PURPLE BELT TOURNAMENT - JUNE 22

After running a women's only tournament, we are excited to run a full on in-house tournament for adults. Submission only, round-robin, gi and no-gi. White/Blue belts - following IBJJF/Rev submission rules. Purple - legs are fair game, no reaping, no heel hooks in the gi.
