The owner of the gym is building a culture where inclusivity is more than just a concept, it's a way of life. Where you can be trans, genderqueer, a woman, a kid, a mom, an older person, whatever, and you're welcome...I've never had a community like this before and y'all are the ones that built the space for it to happen.

Finding a gym that caters to an entire family’s needs is rare, but CAA has mastered it. We’ve been training here for years, and it’s become a cornerstone of our family routine...My husband also loves the training and consistently gets a fantastic workout.... It is truly unheard of to find a place that fits all of us so well. Highly recommended!

Really solid gym with a beautiful space, lots of program options, fun people, and a thriving community. CAA has something for everyone - I’ve been there many times over the years and always am challenged, get a great workout, I learn something, I have fun, I laugh, and walk out a better person. I recommend all my friends to CAA!
